⚠️⚠️ CURRENTLY ALL SHIPMENTS TO THE USA VIA UNTRACKED LETTERMAIL ONLY. ANY LARGE ORDER FROM THE USA WILL BE CANCELLED. ⚠️⚠️
Shipping to the US is available only with sticker sheets, stickers and acrylic charms and stickers via untracked lettermail as of now.

> Unfortunately with the suspension of the de minimis exemption law, US shipping with items such as beaded keychains and jewellery is unavailable.<

Untracked lettermail prices start at 13 USD.

⚠️⚠️ Shipping to countries that are a part of the EU is also unavailable due to GPSR laws. ⚠️⚠️

All orders are shipped from Sydney Australia.

Please read shipping options carefully, as jewellery weight means higher shipping pricing! Shipping for most options have both a untracked and tracked.

Orders are dispatched within 3-12 business days upon purchase. Shop may be closed/orders take longer during convention periods. Information should be provided if this is the case

Refunds/Returns and Exchanges

Returns and refunds are offered only when the items arrive damaged or have major faults.

Small printing discrepancies such as minor marks, or colour changes are not considered major faults.

Items that are shipped untracked will not qualify for refunds if they are lost during delivery, please understand and upgrade to tracked shipping for peace of mind if this will be a concern. 

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted as long as your order has not been shipped out yet. Please email as soon as possible!

Once it has been shipped, I am no longer responsible for the package.

Jewellery Care and Product information:

  1. I use a combination of found materials (jewellery from op shops, my own collection and disgarded pieces by friends) and bought products to create my pieces. I have a heavy focus on recycling so I take this into account when packaging and selling my goods as well.

  2. Beads used: czech, glass, lamp blown, acrylic, porcelain, freshwater pearls and gemstones. With reusing found jewellery there may be times when a bead appears to be glass but is actually plastic, so I make sure to throughly clean and check any adopted jewellery I come across.

  3. I do use plastic beads often as statement pieces and primarily in keychain creation. This is why avoiding direct contact with perfume or harmful chemicals is important when wearing a piece. I tend to only keep them away from skin. Any concerns with a product please reach out to me.

  4. If your piece breaks or comes apart > please contact me!!! I’d happy fix it no cost as it was an error on my part. I’m still a new maker so I learn as I go.
